I ordered the 20Kg version of this and it is startlingly heavy. I hadn't realised just how heavy 20kg is. Luckily you are able to remove weights to adjust the weight of the jacket. There are 20 weights in the jacket, each in its own pocket with a Velcro flap to hold it in place. The weights appear to be steel blocks painted black and each one weighs just under a kilogram. The ones I checked varied between 964g and 971g. Adding and removing weights is very easy and takes seconds to do. Construction is excellent with tough materials and very strong stitching and it has clearly been made with care and attention to detail.It is advertised as a running vest but it is perfect for any activity where you want to increase resistance. Personally I think my knees would collapse if I ran in this with all the weights in place but it is great for making press-ups, sit-ups and pull ups harder.For anyone wanting to add a bit of effort to their exercise routine this is perfect. It isn't cheap but it certainly isn't overpriced and the quality makes it well worth the price.
This really useful and helpful plus great idea 1.1 to 20kg weighted vest doing great job I must admit, it's very comfortable, quick and simple to put on and take off too, but I mostly like that it looks like really good solid quality for long time of use.It's perfect to wear during jogging, running, walking, fitness workouts, muscle building and many more different exercises.It has 20 removable solid iron blocks which can be adjusted very quickly and easy.I also really like that it's designed with wide padded shoulders.I can easily recommended to anyone for this really reasonable price.
